This month, Journey is collecting food to Hand 2 Hand, a ministry that provides backpacks of food for kids in need so they have meals over the weekend when they're not receiving meals at school. Hand 2 Hand needs specific items this month:
- Oatmeal packets
- Breakfast, Granola, or Protein Bars
- Individually sized applesauce cups
- Individually sized fruit cups
- Individually size crackers (goldfish, peanut butter, animal, etc.)
- Popcorn packets
- Individually sized trail mix
- Individually sized pudding cups
- Quart size zip lock bags
Bring these items to the worship at the theater on August 27th as we fill their trailer and help feed hungry kids in our community!

Bunco Night & Chili Cook-off
October 1st, 2017
Everyone is invited to a fun night out! Journey of Faith Church is hosting a Bunco Party at the Sports Center Cafe – with a chili cook-off, too! There’s no experience or Bunco ability necessary – we will teach you how to play.
There will be adult beverages available for purchase and all proceeds will help Journey as we seek to serve the families and the community of the greater Byron Center area. There are prizes for the Bunco winner and for the chili cook-off contest.
Bring cash to vote for your favorite chili!
This event is open to all ages, so invite your friends and family – it’s sure to be a great time!!
There's a $10 entry fee for the Bunco Party.
**Please note, the Sports Center Cafe kitchen is closed during this event.
